Grace Construction Management proudly completed a comprehensive rebuild of the Greentree Square Shopping Center in Marlton, NJ. This project involved over 130,000 square feet of revitalized commercial space, featuring upgraded steel reinforcement, roofing, windows & doors, refurbished masonry brickwork, and improvements to asphalt and concrete surfaces.

Additionally, we modernized the shopping center with new panelling and replaced the cedar shake roof, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability. Our team’s dedication to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail has transformed the Greentree Square Shopping Center into a vibrant and inviting retail destination.
