This project consisted of a 344,755 square foot renovation to the Prologis distribution facility, including building and sitework on 23 acres.
The initiative spanned seven months and the construction scope included new loading dock equipment, EV chargers, site work improvements, upgraded electric and natural gas services, new HVAC mechanical equipment, and fire suppression improvements.
