The Learning Experience

This project consisted of a 11,210 square foot ground up early childhood development facility. The project scope included all 3,353 outdoor artificial turf playground, multi-purpose room, age appropriate classrooms, administrative offices, kitchen, lunchroom, and make believe play room.

The initiative spanned 10 months and the construction scope included construction management of all sitework & utilities, construction trades, municipal inspections, third party inspections and project scheduling /oversight.
