The project focused on the meticulous renovation and modernization of a historic graduate studies building, originally constructed in 1930, spanning 8,100 square feet. This endeavor aimed to preserve the architectural integrity while upgrading the infrastructure to meet contemporary needs, situated within the verdant grounds of the university campus.
