Project 1:
Lumberton LogistiCenter project located in Lumberton, NJ
Grace is partnering with Dermody Properties to develop a cutting-edge 429,200 SF concrete tilt-up warehouse and distribution facility in Lumberton, NJ. Located at 1791 Route 38 and spanning over 40 acres, this project is expected to complete in early Q2 2024!
Project 2:
South Jersey Yacht Sales in Somers Point, NJ
This current project consists of a ground-up 10,527 SF boat yacht showroom built on 213 timber piles located at 680 Bay Avenue, Somers Point, NJ. The project scope includes boat showroom, mezzanine, sales offices, administrative offices, conference rooms, and gathering areas.
Project 3:
Falls Township in Hills, PA
The Falls Township Municipal Center is located at 188 Lincoln Hwy., Hills, PA. Grace as construction manager is overseeing the multiple prime contractors for this exciting 60,000 SF state-of-the-art renovation of the Falls Township Municipal Building. The newly renovated building will become the hub of Township activity for government services and as a shared community space, propelling the Township into the 21st century.
