At Grace, we believe that planning ahead is the only way to get things done right. As your Construction Manager, Grace Construction will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, logistics, control, budgeting, and scheduling of projects from start to finish. From early development to completion, a member of our experienced Estimating, Project Management, and Field Supervision Team will coordinate and oversee every aspect of the project, including communications with the client, architect engineers, township officials, and supervision of all subcontractors.
During preconstruction, we think through the entire project. From detailed budgeting, based upon progress design plans & specifications, to detailed scheduling of milestone activities, Grace will assist you in every step along the way. We provide value engineering analysis and we continuously evaluate the design and planning documentation to identify opportunities related to associated costs, constructability, material selection and systems availability. By being detail-oriented, we offer GMP pricing based upon substantially completed design documents. At Grace, we will also obtain 3-5 bids for every trade and share these bids with the owner.
At Grace, we pride ourselves on our safety-oriented process. Each of our Project Superintendents is required to have OHSA 30 Hr Training at minimum. We require Daily and Weekly safety reportings and also provide Forklift and Scissor Lift training and offer. We utilize technology and our ProCore construction management software for project planning and tracking, allowing us to keep owners, partners and stakeholders informed every step of the way. This information and data allow us to easily collaborate with our partners and create cohesive scheduling leading to safer and cost-effective projects.
