The project included two ground-up buildings connected by a breezeway. The state-of-the-art facility comprises of approximately 58,000 square-foot for Advanced Recovery Systems in Cherry Hill, NJ. The scope encompassed a new campus creating specialized spaces for patient recovery and a full continuum of care, ranging from detox to inpatient rehab. The construction project and site work duration were approximately 14 months. The project consisted of 109 inpatient rooms, therapy rooms, consultation offices, administrative areas, and a welcoming reception. The amenities include a fully equipped gym, indoor basketball gym, yoga room, game room, entertainment lounges, outdoor volleyball court, and bocce ball. The design emphasized patient-centered care, incorporating modern amenities and technological advancements to provide a serene, efficient, and therapeutic environment.
