This project involved over 130,000 square feet of revitalized commercial space, featuring upgraded steel reinforcement, roofing, windows & doors, refurbished masonry brickwork, and improvements to asphalt and concrete surfaces.

Additionally, we modernized the shopping center with new panelling and replaced the cedar shake roof, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability.
