Lidl Supermarket - Cinnaminson, New Jersey
We’re excited to celebrate the completion of the brand-new Lidl Supermarket in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, which welcomed shoppers in March ’22.
This Project spanned 10 months and consisted of a 29,100 SF Supermarket, 5+ Acres site work, NJDOT roadway improvements, and underground storm trap system. The Grace Construction Team included a Project Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Safety Director, and a host of valued Subcontractors.
Grace exceeded the client’s expectations by providing exceptional coordination and support from initial budget estimates to value engineering, scheduling, subcontractor management, documentation of daily reports, weekly safety reports, tool box talks, municipal approvals, and cost event logs.
Even facing the challenges of construction material inefficiencies and availability of mechanical equipment due to COVID 19, the project was completed on time and the Grace team had the honor of attending the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 23rd.
