This project entailed the construction of a 10,527 square foot showroom for South Jersey Yacht Sales, located at 680 Bay Avenue in Somers Point, New Jersey.

The undertaking included comprehensive building and sitework to create a state-of-the-art facility designed to showcase luxury yachts. The construction scope covered the installation of advanced lighting systems, high-quality display areas, modernized electrical and plumbing systems, enhanced HVAC systems for optimal climate control, and robust security enhancements to ensure the safety and integrity of the high-value inventory.
